I work primarilyserve Christian women to help them repair their relationship with food and body while also growing in their faith with the Lord!

One of my top priorities as a food freedom coach is getting to know my clients beyond their surface nutritional concerns. So many people’s “food struggles” stem from a much deeper root that cannot be fully dealt with by simply being put on a meal plan or changing your eating habits.

I'm trained to help you dig deeper to discover how those root issues are affecting the way you think and feel about your body and the food you choose to eat (or might be avoiding).
