Currently, I accept private pay and HSA/FSA cards. 

For Alabama residents, if you send me a referral from either your therapist or MD with your diagnoses, I can provide you with a superbill. 

This is a document that you would submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement after purchasing a session package that would show them the amount you paid out of pocket and the clinical services you received.  Each insurance provider is different, so check with your policy representative to see what kind of coverage your specific insurance plan provides to see what or how many services they might reimburse for you.

In short, it varies.  Your first step is to schedule a free Discovery Call where we’ll discuss your specific short-term and long-term goals, as well as what type of  session package option might be the best fit for your needs.  

Session package pricing then varies depending on your chosen length of time and how much one-on-one support you want.

• As a comparison, consider the alternative costs:
• Average treatments costs: $30,000/month for residential, $17,000-20,000/month for PHP, and $4,500-7,000/month for IOP
• Up to $200/day on binge foods (avg of 3x/week) = $2400/month
• Misc. costs like gym memberships, diet pills or teas, laxatives, diuretics, etc.

Any medical information you’d like to share, including recent labs are welcome.  You can sign a Release of Information (ROI) form so that I can communicate with your other providers to request any relevant paperwork.

Not unless you're an Alabama resident that wants to seek potential reimbursement for medical nutrition therapy (MNT) services.  Because all other coaching services are private pay only, you do not need any kind of physician referral.
