Meet Brittany!
After helping hundreds of women achieve food freedom, Brittany knows what it takes to escape the bondage of food guilt and body shame.
BOOK BRITTANY
Christ-centered eating disorder treatment specialist and host of The Joy-Filled Eater Podcast, Brittany Braswell, helps Christian women overcome their fears of food and improve their body image through evidenced-based and biblical recovery strategies.
As a Registered Dietitian, Brittany educates, empowers, and equips her clients to overcome the lies they’ve been fed by diet culture and replace them with spiritual truth so they can finally live life without obsessing about how they look or what they eat. She has been featured on podcasts and stages including Confessions of a Crappy Christian, Your Good Body, Intuitive Eating for Christian Women, Compared to Who?, ED Matters, The Joyful Health Show, She Lives Purposefully, and many more.
When she and her husband moved back to Alabama, ready to start a family of their own, the Lord taught her a powerful lesson in trading control for surrender. Brittany now uses her background in dietetics and specialized training in eating disorder recovery to help women break free from the bondage of food guilt and body shame so they can take back control of their life and health by learning how to submit it to the Lord.
Today, Brittany is on a mission to see women from all over the globe experience the peace that comes when you ditch food rules for good.
