The Joy-Filled Eater Framework
In this phase of recovery, you're identifying core beliefs and underlying causes and contributing factors to your thoughts and disordered behaviors.
Who are you? This is when we explore how disordered eating and body image are shaping your identity, and where you find your worth and value.
You can do hard things. In this phase is when you're really starting to apply your new mindset to implement specific recovery strategies that can reduce (and eliminate!) disordered behavior patterns.
Get back in tune with internal cues like hunger and fullness, and learn how to start trusting the Lord with your recovery while developing your healthy voice.
What does the program include?
This self-paced course walks you through our proven step-by-step processes to help you achieve freedom from disordered eating and negative body image.
MODULE 0 - Getting to the Core of It
This foundations module will set the stage for the course of the next 12 modules and acclimate you to your private portal.
MODULE 1 - Remodel Your Mindset
Identify your core beliefs and work through any limiting beliefs that are negatively impacting you so you can determine where and how your unhealthy or disordered thoughts and behaviors originate.

Learn how to confidently distinguish between the Enemy's voice and your voice, then re-discover your true identity in Christ and how to start walking in it.
MODULE 6 - Stop Goal Setting. Start Game Planning.
Create an exciting game plan to overcome your obstacles and finally reach the goals you’ve been setting but haven’t yet achieved so that you can make consistent progress on your journey to freedom.
MODULE 7 - Sufficient or Deficient?: How Your Body Uses Nutrition
Get the evidenced-based nutrition education you need to establish a foundation for fighting off disordered thoughts using science, logic, and reasoning. We'll dig into how the body uses carbohydrates, proteins, fat, and vitamins & minerals!
MODULE 8 - Challenge Your Behaviors
Make peace with food, move away from labeling foods as "good" or "bad", and develop healthy means of coping with stressors and anxiety.
MODULE 9 - Get In Tune With Your Hunger
Create consistent habits that will help regulate your appetite, reduce bingeing, and promote improved hormone balance so that you can more easily recognize and honor your hunger.
MODULE 10 - Fullness and Satisfaction
Tap into your fullness and satiety cues to help reduce excessive intake and GI discomfort from overeating and mindless eating. Then discover the role satisfaction plays in improving your eating experience and honoring fullness cues.
MODULE 11 - Experience Movement & Rest
Learn how your body uses nutrition to fuel your movement (not just intentional exercise) and uncover one of the biggest secrets for reducing stress and anxiety while making your body and mind feel and operate at its best.
MODULE 12 - Walk In Your Purpose
Get clarity in hearing the Lord's voice so that you can learn to walk in your God-given purpose and have confidence in making healthy, autonomous decisions to sustain your food & body freedom for the long haul.

Hey, I'm Brittany.
I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a passion for helping women of all ages discover their God-given worth and value. I believe that a person’s identity cannot be based on his or her appearance or abilities, but can only be found in the Lord.
I absolutely love working with Christian women to help them improve their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
Unlike other approaches that only focus on food habits, I help my clients replace negative beliefs with spiritual truth to discover their God-given identity (without their eating disorder).
The truth is, breaking free from disordered eating can be incredibly challenging. And without having the right kind of teaching and coaching to educate and support you through the process, your journey can take months or even years longer to walk out.
